It is designed to prevent all grinding liquid from coming out of the
machine so that good working conditions can be maintained as
well as good work safety
Concentrated checking locations
It is designed to put the hydraulic, lubricating and grinding wheel
cooling devices at the left side of the machine for easy maintenance
and repair.
Head stock
It has a compact structure and adopts the low vibration and high
output spindle motor.
It make possible a continuously variable speed from 20 to 600 rpm
by the direction of NC.
Its spindle with the dead center(required) is easy for centering work.
If equipped with the spindle for a live center(optional), chunking
work is possible.
Tailstock
The center is hydraulically operated and moves up to 60mm.
The manual taper control device is equipped so that the taper of
workpiece can be simply controlled.
Grinding wheel adjustment / Device at the head stock
The grinding wheel adjust device is fixed on the backside of the
head stock. By using the CNC device, automatic dressing is realized.
Outer diameter(OD) automatic measuring device
The device, as an online measuring instrument, directly measures the outer diameter of the workpiece under
process so that precision machining is possible for a long period of time
Cross section size measuring device
Even when center holes at both sides of the workpiece or the size of the
cross section of the workpiece are imegular, the device makes the required
compensation to enable high precision cross section grinding.
Automatic function orienter toward FMS
The size control and compensation are calculated by the automatic measuring
device. Other surfaces are indirectly ground by the NC direction.
